Refund policy

Digital Refunds (Sheet music).

If you were unable to download the music, then you can get a refund. You cannot get a refund after downloading the music. If you have problems with the music as far as 'readability', then I can update the music for you. 

Bow Return policy:

If you are not satisfied with any bow purchased from www.xavierfoley.com within 30 days of receiving it, you may request a refund by emailing info@xavierfoley.com. You can only request a refund after 5 days of receiving the bow. This is so you can get used to the different feel of the bow, and to allow time for the rosin to settle into the bow hair in order to experience the full potential of the bow. The bow must be sent back in good condition.
