Return policy:

If you are not satisfied with your Brazilwood Double Bass German bow  within 30 days of receiving it, you may request a refund by emailing info@xavierfoley.com. You can only request a refund after 5 days of receiving the bow. This is so you can get used to the different feel of the bow, and to allow time for the rosin to settle into the bow hair in order to experience the full potential of the bow. The bow must be sent back in good condition
